Outlook
The Outlook Connector allows you to ingest your emails with their attachments.
Setting Up the Outlook Connector
Step 1: Select Outlook from Data Sources Library
Navigate to the Data Sources section of your project. Click “Add data source” and select Outlook.
Step 2: Authenticate via your Azure account
You need to provide your username and password for your Azure account to authenticate with the data source and sync your data.
Step 3: Select folders
In the input field provide the name(s) of the folders in your email box that you want to ingest. Everything under the selected folder will be ingested. You can select folders such as Inbox, Archive or any other main folder that was created. If you want to select a subfolder you need to type in the folder path starting from the root. Example: Folder path for Subfolder ABC under Inbox would be "Inbox/ABC"
Step 4: View Ingestion Status
You can view the current ingestion status by clicking on the data source again. In the detailed list you will see all ingested emails and their attachemnts organized in the respective folders. Emails and attachments will be listed as separate items in the data source. Ingestion is time-consuming operation so you may need to refresh the page to see the updated status.
Step 5: Ready to Use
After the data has been ingested successfully, the data source is now ready to be used in an Agent.
