Resetting your Password in Airia​

Welcome to the password reset guide for your Airia platform. Here's how you can regain access to your account if you forget your password.

A short tutorial will take you through the process or you can follow the steps below.

Resetting your Password

  1. Go to your Airia log-in page. Airia.ai
  2. Click on "Forgot Password?" link to the bottom right of the email field.
  3. On the next page, enter your email address in the ‘Username’ field.
  4. Click “Submit” after entering your email address.
  5. You will be notified that an email will be sent with further instructions.
  6. An email from Airia should arrive shortly after your request and include a link.
  7. Click “Link to reset credentials” to continue the process.
  8. Enter your new password and confirm the new password
  9. Click “Continue” and your password will have been reset.
  10. Return to the log-in page and enter your email and new password.
